Concert Hall as a Stage of Artistic Freedom: Innovative Piano Competition

It is in this beautiful concert hall with marvelous acoustics that our competition will take place. Knowing how much a performance during competition auditions differs from public concert appearances, we have decided that our competition will follow a concert format to provide participants with the greatest possible comfort and freedom for artistic expression. Our judges will be separated from each other and will be seated among the audience rather than at a judging table. Meanwhile, the audience will react spontaneously, just like during any regular concert. We hope that this will unleash greater levels of freedom and creativity among the pianists who qualify for the main competition.
